Biofeedback and neurofeedback are non-invasive techniques that will help you monitor your stress levels and understand how stress is affecting your mind and body. Both are techniques that use monitoring instruments to measure the physiological responses in the body, and to provide the individual with feedback, which is information about the level of muscle tension, heart rate variability, skin activity, blood pressure, or brain activity being experienced.
